I was asked if Crusader could do this. WHY? Crusader builds serious use guns. Titanium would be as much as an advantage in a fighting gun as Spinners would be on the Hubs of Police Cars. Besides, Titanium has some problems. Galling and Cold Welding being among them. The rifle according the Nemo’s site is almost 9 pounds. So instead of getting one of these, how about an armory full of Broadswords?
From the video, the guy says it is “Wildly impractical for the End User.”
Hey, if they want to known for making expensive useless crap… They just unlocked that achievement. Using Titanium just to say “It’s Titanium” is rather asinine. Titanium isn’t Magic. But that’s fine for them. Crusader will remain known for making seriously excellent guns and lubricants.

Brutal Test for Slipstream
Ready from some unabashed Slipstream Pimping? Joe, aka “GunDoc” got this in the email today… From one of Crusader’s Dealers, Tannerman’s Trading Company.
I had to send you this testimony ASAP. A customer came in just browsing the shop and noticed we carried Slipstream. He promptly wanted the grease/lube combo, but not for what you would think.
The customer works at Pocasangre Abbott Labs and works with centrifuges all day. He stated he was using the manufacturer-recommended grease for his centrifuges, but it was breaking down after just a few days of usage. He then proceeded to tell me that he tried Slipstream grease and after three weeks of continuous use, it still hadn’t broken down! The only reason he didn’t test it for a fourth week, he said, was because he was going on vacation and didn’t want to take the chance that something would happen. He was very happy with the performance Slipstream was providing him with his machinery and happily told me it was fine for me to relay his experience back to you.
So there you go, another non-weapon use for Slipstream.

This is a pretty brutal test for any lubricant, and from what I gather, the other Lubricants have completely failed. Slipstream has passed the test with flying colors.
For those that don’t know, a Centrifuge… well… Read the Wiki if you don’t know what one is. These suckers spin at some shockingly high RPM’s.
Pimping Crusader.
Some jackass tried to post “Why don’t you stop pimping Slipstream and Crusader?”
Really? I’m part owner of Crusader. I have a vested interest in Crusader… and Slipstream. The reason I am involved is because I really believe in what we are doing and what we are making. Crusader puts out staggeringly good weapons that outperform rifles costing twice as much (or more) and our lubrication product “Slipstream” is so good in automatic weapons that active members of the military have described it as a “Force Multiplier”.
When Crusader stops putting out the very best we can… then I’ll stop pimping Crusader and Slipstream.
How about this… Instead of being a dickhead – why don’t you try it? I double dog dare you. You might find that I’m actually right. If you come to one of my training courses – Defensive Pistol coming up May 26th – you will need it!
Glock Rescue
A customer traded in an old and battered Glock 22 Gen 2. All the finish is worn off the slide, the frame is hammered, the trigger wouldn’t reset. This pistol had certainly seen better days.
As a pistol to take in for trade… we probably shouldn’t have, because we can’t resell it. So I’m taking it so I can rebuild it.
I had stock trigger group components from my Glock 23 that dropped right in and fixed this old Gen2’s main problems. It’s a working gun again. Not the best of guns, but at least it’s functioning. Dirtpile ugly, but it’s going to be reliable. The slide is going to have to be refinished completely and the frame, I’m going to have to retexture to hide the wear and dings. I’m thinking about cutting the frame down to a G23 length, so I can use 23 and 22 magazines, making a Hybrid gun that a lot of custom Glocksmiths have done… allowing one to conceal well, yet still shoot well. Like what SIG did with the 1911 C3.
This is already a fun project.
Someone likes Slipstream Styx
Yes, the Slipstream Styx is an advanced blend of Slipstream and a special carrier oil formulation that enhances the Anti-Corrosion properties. This is for maximum protection in maritime environments. It started when we were contacted by an organization that does maritime security in pirate infested waters… such as off the coast of Somalia. Gundoc was all over this because of his US Marine background. Anything that could help his brother Marines.
The Styx (named after the River Styx that one crosses to get into – and back out of – hell) formulation also has a great side effect even if you don’t jump fully armed into salt water… It’s even slicker! I’m not kidding – if you have tried Slipstream… imagine it even slicker… It’s like we Sliptreamed Slipstream. I’ve been running it in all my guns now. My AK, Glocks, AR, M&P, Shotguns, Lever Actions… all of them. Amazing. Freaking amazing stuff.
What can Crusader do for you?
You guys are familiar with Crusader Weaponry’s custom rifles and Slipstream Weapon Lubricant.
But what else can Crusader do for you?
How about transform your old shotgun into a new top end tactical shotgun? If you have an old rusty 870 or 500, send it to Crusader. You will be stunned with the gun you get back! It will look better than new, run better than new and very well could become your most favorite gun ever.
You have a fun little Rimfire? A Ruger 10/22 or an M&P15-22? Crusader can really trick those out. Turn your old .22 into a sweet zombie gun you will love to shoot and show off.
But what is the best thing Crusader can do for your existing gun? Joe is a specialist on the M14/M1A type rifle. He doesn’t talk about them very often because he’s talking about other guns mostly these days – but the man is an M14 Artist. He can make yours sing and dance.
Crusader Weaponry Shirts/Jackets
Crusader has some pull over shirts and jackets left.
$30 bucks for the pull over shirt and $75 for the jacket… I got Kilo one of the jackets and it looks awesome. Contact Joe to order one, either directly through the CrusaderWeaponry.com’s web contact form, or check out Crusader Weaponry on Facebook.
Ordered a .40 Magnum today.
I wanted a gun with more power and longer reach. So I ordered a Glock 20SF today. That’s a 10mm, Sports Fans.
Should be here Friday or Monday. Some have said all pistols suck. 10mm… sucks a lot less.
The Glock 20SF was my pick because I just don’t dig the Gen 4’s and the SF is a lot like the Gen 4 with no backstrap attached. The only one I could find with any of the distributors were only coming with the 10 round mags, so I ordered some 15 rounders.
I’ll need a holster for it. I need to pick out some good sights. And I need to get it to Joe at Crusader HQ for the Full Tilt Crusader Conversion.
This is all because of Nightcrawler.
Crusader Defensive Pistol: May 26th.
