  1. Imagine the reaction to a DHS program that “Plac(es) suspicion on the occupation of houses by more than four persons, requires social workers to fill out client profile reports and allows DHS to make visits to suspected illegals’ homes.”

All in the name of border safety.

    Hell to pay…

  2. So The O via his jack boots ATF cause 2000 ‘assault rifles” to be sold and carried across the border into the hands of the drug cartels who then kill thousands including at least one US Federal cop. The gun shops that saw what was happening in the SW, called ATF to report this were ordered to allow the straw purchases or else. After the scam to damage the gun rights of formally free citizens in the US is discovered the ATF informs the gun shops that they are under investigation for allowing straw purchases, UNLESS they keep quiet about the bloody hand of the Federal Government. Sounds just like the dictator in the white house, what’s the complaint? Oh and win or lose the ATF cracks down on rifle purchases in the SW. Create a crisis drenched in blood of innocents then crack down on law abiding citizens to solve it. Heir Hitler would be proud. This is just the beginning my brothers, count on it.

  3. Meh. I agree that Mr. Jones has good points, but when he started his spiel on how the ATF and the DoJ were deliberately trying to start a civil war with law-abiding Americans, he crossed the looney line, IMO.

  4. There’s a little pushback:

Interesting to note that, as the Gunwalker investigation looks higher and higher up the power chart in the current Administration, that Administration doesn’t circle the wagons, but comes out in full-on attack mode. Just my silly opinion, but that attack appears to be outside the authority of the Constitution and current law.

    Interesting times.

  5. Careful there. Prisonplanet is full of loons.

Yes, Obambam is exceeding his authority with this multi-rifle reporting crap, and J and G sales is suing over it.

  6. Though I’d hope it’s unrealistic, should a state go into revolt over Fedzilla’s crap, then they (Fedzilla) have all the authority to impose military law, etc… and take away ALL rights.
Not completely looney, Raptor, just improbable.
    Less so, every day.

  7. It is a definite threat and Constitutional violation but Alex Jones is the wrong messenger to refer us to. He is a froot loop of the first order. If I hadn’t already heard of this from other reliable sources I would have doubted it due to Jones’s past history of sensationalism and kookyness.

  8. Even if he’s right, whenever Alex Jones, prisonplanet, or infowars are involved its an automatic -1000 credibility points on a 100 point scale regarding whatever information is involved.

The dude is flat barking bug nuts.

  9. According to Prisonplanet.com and Thetruthaboutgun.com the ATF is now forcing dealers under this new reg to report ANY sale of ANY firearm over two in in number in five days or less of any caliber or type of gun above .22LR to the ATF. The ATF is then reportedly is showing up at private homes demanding to be let in without a warrant to “inspect” the guns and ask questions about why the buyer felt it was nessesary to but “so many” guns in such a short period of time. According to these two sites the reg ATF is enforcing was stripped out of the federal regulations and never passed, but they are enforcing it anyway!!!! Can you say dictatorship?
This is going to get real ugly real soon.

  10. The family of the most prominent U.S. murder victim of Operation Fast and Furious is being victimized again — this time by the very DOJ officials that could one day face felony charges connected to the gun smuggling operation:

In a surprise move in a controversial case, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Arizona is opposing a routine motion by the family of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry to qualify as crime victims in the eyes of the court.

From PajamasMedia: The family asked to intervene as victims in the case against Jamie Avila, the 23-year-old Phoenix man who purchased the guns allegedly used to kill Terry. Such motions are routinely approved by prosecutors, but may be opposed by defense attorneys.

However in this case, U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke argues because the family was not “directly or proximately harmed” by the illegal purchase of the murder weapon, it does not meet the definition of “crime victim” in the Avila case. Burke claims the victim of the Avila’s gun purchases, “is not any particular person, but society in general.”

    Just keeps getting worse!!
