When I bought USA, I used the link from your site, and the price was twenty-some dollars. Not cheap, but hey. Then, I find out that Amazon dropped their price substantially. So, the question is: Do you (the author) get any more money for the book, if it goes for a higher amount? What I’m getting at, is: If I pay top dollar, do you get a little bit extra, or does it all go to the publisher?
