Our client has not authorised you to copy or offer these works to the public. As such, your acts in copying and/or distributing unauthorised copies of our client's works on your website amounts to an infringement of our client's copyright.

In the circumstances, our client is entitled to claim damages from you and an injunction to prevent further damage to its interests.

Accordingly, unless our client's works are removed from your website within 48 hours, our client will take such steps as may be necessary to prevent further damage to its interests. If these items are still available to the public after this deadline, our client will have no alternative but to issue Court proceedings against you.

Kindly confirm by return of email that the infringing items will be removed and that neither you nor anyone associated with you will publish or distribute infringing copies of our client's works in the future.
